Using Store Credit

Store credit may only be used through the Retro Games Boutique storefront and cannot be applied during live stream sales conducted online (Whatnot, Ebay, etc). Store credit cannot be used to reserve or hold items during live events. Requests to apply store credit or reserve inventory during live sales will not be acknowledged.

Customers may request available inventory outside of live sales hours. Inventory may be presented upon request, and items will be made available for purchase through the storefront. Store credit may be applied at checkout in combination with an additional payment method if necessary. All purchases are fulfilled through standard shipping processes.

Certain items may be designated as unavailable for offline purchase and therefore cannot be acquired using store credit. These designations are made at the discretion of Retro Games Boutique while the storefront inventory is being fully built out. Items most likely to be excluded from offline purchase include newly acquired inventory, high-end or specialty items, and unique or one-off pieces that are reserved for live sale events.
